WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver in Amsterdam and surrounding areas, including Amstelveen, Badhoevedorp, Diemen, Landsmeer, Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, Abcoude, Nes aan de Amstel, Zunderdorp, Ransdorp, Holysloot, Duivendrecht and Driemond.
WHEN WILL MY BOUQUET BE DELIVERED?
Deliveries take place Wednesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 18:00. Order before 16:00 the day before to guarantee next-day delivery. Looking for a specific time slot? Email us at hello@midiflowers.com.
WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pick-up is available at our studio (Ruyschstraat 90, 1091 CG Amsterdam) on:
- Wednesday: 12:00–17:00
- Thursday & Friday: 11:00–17:00
- Saturday: 11:00–16:00
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY FLOWERS?
- Use a clean vase and fill it about two-thirds with room temperature water.
- Remove any leaves that will sit below the waterline and trim the stems diagonally (at least 1 cm).
- Keep your bouquet out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
- Refresh the water and re-trim stems after 3 days.
Remove any wilted flowers to prevent bacteria from spreading.
WHAT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY BOUQUET?
If your bouquet arrives damaged or wilts within 24 hours, please email photos to hello@midiflowers.com so we can make it right. We cannot offer refunds based on personal preference.
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC FLOWERS?
You're welcome to mention one or two flower or colour preferences in the notes, but we mainly work with seasonal availability and our own creative direction. No two bouquets are the same.
CAN I ADD A CARD TO MY BOUQUET?
Yes, just select a card from our GOODS section and write your message at checkout. We'll handwrite it for you.
WHERE ARE THE WORKSHOPS HELD?
All workshops take place at our studio at Ruyschstraat 90, Amsterdam East.
DO I NEED ANY EXPERIENCE?
Most of our workshops are beginner-friendly and open to anyone curious about floral design. Occasionally we offer more advanced sessions – when we do, this is clearly stated in the workshop description.
WHAT LANGUAGE ARE THE WORKSHOPS IN?
Workshops are held in English unless otherwise noted.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW DATES?
We launch new workshop dates every quarter.
CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE WORKSHOP?
Yes. We offer private sessions for groups and events. Email us at hello@midiflowers.com to start the conversation.
CAN I CANCEL MY WORKSHOP BOOKING?
All workshop bookings are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend – just email us their name in advance.
Unfortunately, we can't offer vouchers, reschedules or refunds for missed workshops.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes we do! We sell digital gift cards, which can be used for any product or service on our website.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments are processed securely via our Shopify store. We accept:
- iDEAL
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Apple Pay

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Get in touch as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible up to 2 calendar days before your scheduled delivery or pick-up.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Orders under €100: full refund if cancelled at least 3 calendar days in advance.
- Orders over €100 or within 3 days: refunds depend on whether flowers have already been ordered.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Fresh flowers are non-returnable. For non-floral items, returns are possible with prior approval – return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
